Quest Issue: Reserve Militia Tunic

Hey, I tried to do the quest for the Reserve Militia Tunic, but Armorer Dellin in West Freeport would not take my Militia Armory Token. Is this bugged or did I just screw something up? Thanks for any help or advice.

It worked at server launch.

Issue fixed. Somehow it had gotten changed to accept "Ogre Meat Cleaver" instead of the Reserve Coin? /boggle
