Don't think there's a set scheduled time. The guilds post in Discord when they're starting a faction pull (Kittens and Riot have a joint Discord channel they post in for example, and both log on).
If there's just been a quake you can bet there will be faction pulls throughout the day in the day(s) following so that the frequent raiders can repair their ToV faction to non-KOS in advance of their guild's next ToV run. | ||
