Warlord Skarlon does not appear to drop mithril arms anymore - or if so, it is incredibly rare. We kill this guy almost daily and after weeks, I have not seen a single pair of arms. I have accumulated about 3 - 10 slot bags full of mithril legs and have deleted 4 or 5 Razing Swords. Zero mithril arms. This was even more noticeable during the recent double loot event where he would almost always drop 2 legs and very rarely a sword.

Looking through old posts from Allakhazam's as well as pulling from memory (from both P99 and Classic Sony EQ) and the drop rate for legs/arms was about 50/50.

Also, this was experienced on Red99 server if that is important.

The % chance between arms and legs is almost identical.

The arms are definitely dropping as they should. Your luck sounds quite bad!
