Game freezes when opening bag or right click on items

I have noticed that when I try to open all the bags with the hot key my game will freeze.

Also sometimes when I try to right click on food/drink to eat/drink it will freeze.

I can still hear sound in the background but have to /q to get out of the game. I cannot /sit and /camp to get back to character screen to log in.

I never had this problem before with my older computer and since I came back to play this year I am on a newer computer and seem to getting frequent freezing/disconnect.

Running Intel i7-12700K with a NVIDIA GeForce RTS 3070 FWIW
