NPC Spawn Issue: WC/EC Druids and Rangers

I remember people camping these guys because they were good for quick vendor cash, and xp. I remember them dropping FS and other loot, but here they rarely drop anything worthwhile.

I did some digging and I found a comment confirming what I thought.

I also thought their primary faction was kithicor residents for all spawns, because I remember killing orcs in highpass so they wouldn't attack me, but for the life of me I couldn't find info to confirm that.

I did some research and updated the faction and loot for the ones in West Commons. They were quite off.

I did the EC ones years ago, I'll take a fresh look at them too and update them if needed.
