Lost tooltips

Hello,

When I login and get to the server select screen, the list of expansions does not scroll forward. Also, when in-game. there are no tooltips (these two issues seem to go together, if that expansion list does not scroll forward, I know I won't get tooltips in-game). Normally, I can log out then back in and this issues is fixed, but it has persisted for a while now. Otherwise, the game seems fine.
Any suggestions would be welcome.
