Only one of my characters crashing when it is hit

One of my characters freeze when he is hit. I can zone, move, group, jump, and FD on my iksar monk but when he get's hit Eq locks up. It only happens on this one toon. After 3 times getting hit and freezing I logged into all my other character's and all work fine.
I archived my .ini and then my UI.ini and nothing changed. 2 deaths after my first LD I need a fix.
