Miscellaneous: Orb of Tishan

Hello, I'm trying to equip Orb of Tishan and while it shows as primary secondary 1hb, I am only able to equip it in primary. What am I missing. Petitioned in game, too. Thx.

if you are a caster then thats why, bards can dual wield them.

for offhand yes, but its still higher tash for casters. fatestealer also says offhand and caster usable, you just cant offhand if ya class doesnt have the skill.
