Lost my level 9 ranger

I just want to know why i lost a low level ranger on the green server. I don't play with it often but i wanted to give it a go while I'm on leave and the char got deleted. No one have access to my account, i check my other char on blue and red server and they were still there. Any help please?[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Forget it look like the problem was temporary and it resolved by himself...

Perhaps the ranger gated out of the game? :-)
