Hide Helmet option not working.

Playing on Blue server, I turn off Show My Helm in Display Options, and while it does hide the helmet on my screen, it doesn't for anybody else. And the helmet shows again as soon as I zone.

I thought the Hide Helmet option was enabled in Velious.
