Burned-Out Light Stones missing from bank (Green)

Hello,

I had like 13 burned-out lightstones in my bank in Neriak that I was saving for research; I went to the bank to grab them this morning and the 10 that I had in the bank disappeared and the 3 that I had in my inventory disappeared. Can anyone tell me why? Can I get my lightstones back?
