Should the List Mechanic be fixed?

Apparently the list mechanic is broken, locking people out of the Manastone camp indefinitely after they get their loot. With the stone currently being perma-camped, more and more people reaching level 35+, and single-session camp times in excess of 40 hours, should the mechanic be fixed? Or should each character only be allowed one stone?
