I installed everything correctly, and when I launch using "Launch Titanium.bat" but it just opens a cmd quickly and closes it, is there anything I can type in "windows power shell". Help please!

Try this method instead: make a shortcut of eqgame.exe and put it on your desktop / pin to taskbar.

Obviously your target path will be a little different depending where you put the P99 install.
