Resolution Question.

Anyone know why in Full Screen mode everything looks blurry, and the gamma goes up?
It started when I tried to fix Reset Device Failed Crash, and I changed resolutions in Eqini. from the thread

I tried taking a screenshot but it only shows the crisp version.

Any answer appreciated.
