Merchants: Tobart Dirkins in Thurgadin Selling Incorrect Items

Tobart Dirkins in Thurgadin is incorrectly selling gemstone-type items in addition to the brewing-type items that he should be selling.

Example of incorrect items that he sells are:

- Amber
- Jade
- Topaz


This link (http://www.thehiddenforest.org/webto....php?id=115164) seems to show that he should sell them, but it also lists a spell that obviously was sold to him by a player. This is likely the case for amber, jade, and topaz.

Note that Deep Fungus Mold, Distilled Spirits, and Natures Beverages are out-of-timeline. These are NOT currently on this NPC in Project 1999 and shouldn't be added.
