Miscellaneous: Blacksmithing

When trying to use a sharpening stone to make tarnished weapons this happens. I was able to make tarnished weapons from two different rusty weapons but got an error on every combine.

Nothing crazy but figured you would want to know.

I already have had that on Blue, different chars and in Neriak and Oggok. I thought it might just be a problem with my system - some missing or changed file for example - and didn't follow up on it.

Can confirm, this happens every time on Blue server when I am leveling up blacksmithing.

This is a missing strings issue which will be resolved with a new release of the file.
