Since latest patch (constant freezing)

I don't know what to do but ever since the latest patch, my EQ client just up and freezes, without coming back to. I am playing on a Dell laptop, i7, 8GB's of RAM, Solid State HD and never had an issue before-hand. I have tried updating Windows (latest updates), updating the graphics driver, cleaned temp folders, disc cleanup, rebooted (obviously), exited every other program and just to see if something else was possibly interfering....My EQ Titanium is legit (as I've never had a problem with it during the 4+ years i've been playing)......I am lost and super frustrated as it has taken away my ability to game. Anyone out there with any other suggestion? Heellllpp meeee!!!!
