Forums Bug- Unable to Upload Avatar

Is anyone else having problems uploading any and all avatars to the forums? I've tried multiple images, computers, and Ips and finally conceded that it was a problem with the server.

I get this error message "Upload of file failed" when I try from my desktop and "Upload failed due to failure writing temporary file." when I try to load from a website.

Any help would be appreciated
