Default Summoned while zoning
I was fighting in KC, got overrun.

Cast gate, got it off in time. Went to loading screen. When I came back I was at the foot of one of the mobs and he said You will not evade me Enialis!

Sounds like your client thought it got the spell off but the server disagreed.

Did you end up with two corpses or were you nakid when you zoned back in?
