That seems to qualify as rare to me. If I can't go to the brewery that creates it and buy it every day I think it should at least be considered "uncommon", by beer loot standards.

We had this beer in Kansas City by Boulevard called Manhattan Cask Still Ale. I have never had it because these fuckers sat outside and bought up the stock right when it released, then went and sold it on EBay for 40x the price.
