Quest Issue: Half Elf warriors of Innoruuk-wrong note

Half Elf Warriors of Innoruuk created in Freeport should receive a dismal rage newbie note, as all other Innoruuk warriors do in that city.

This change would have complications though:

On p99 there is a bug where half elves have the incorrect racial modifier for the Priests of Innoruuk faction. On p99 the race/class/deity modifier results in threatening, whereas it should produce indifferent.

I suggest the priests either undervalues faith in innoruuk or overvalues their disdain of filthy mudblood half elves.

Regardless, there is a Priest of Innoruuk npc in the Freeport innoruuk warrior guild waiting to gank any player foolish enough to roll a half elf warrior of hate should the newbie note quest be fixed.
