Game Mechanics: Who in Zone Function isn't working

So I have been noticing this lately and figured it would fix itself but it hasn't so maybe it is a bug in the system.

When someone is anon/rp you can't see their guild tag but you could always ex: / azure and it would give you a list of all the Azure Guard's in the zone regardless of tag on.

Also for some reason when you / dial it wont show anything even when tag is on you have to /who all dial and that only give you people that are tagged not anon.


So yeah??

Bump this has gotten worse over the week forcing me to who all full names in order to see if the person I am looking for is on.
