Spells: Several 22 Ranger Spells unavailable

Went to surefall to pick up my 22 ranger spells today, using this Classic Spell list as a guide:

Was able to scribe all of them except Firefist, Cure Disease, and Panic animal. On the spell descriptions for these the required Ranger levels read (255), and when I attempted to scribe them anyway it said my class could never learn them. Is the guide incorrect?
