Issues staying connected

I have been having issues staying connected. I will often go link dead for no apparent reason. Accessing this webpage is also a problem. I can go to other webpages and stream video, but can't connect to the game. Is there an issue with Comcast and P99 that I'm unaware of? Or is that just Comcast is just the fucking devil? But seriously...if anyone has ideas to help...I'm all ears. The server isn't down because my friend is playing while I'm trying to connect.
