Crash - Cannot log back in

I crashed while getting a port from Lavastorm to North Karana.

The error is "An unknown error occurred while trying to join the server."

The later the error turned to "Error - A timeout occurred"

Character name is Distributin.

The issue seems to have resolved itself after a reboot.
