This is the Iksar racial item from Innoruuk. It should ONLY have Iksar, not all large races on it during our timeline.

April 2002:

This is now useable by all large races

Vah, Ogre, Troll, Iksar, Barb

Currently on P99 it has the large races and they should be removed.
