Spell files out dated?

I load the game, login, select a server, then go to character creation, it then says something like "Out of date spell files, visit www.project1999.com to fix". I cant find the files ANYWHERE, ive been looking and looking, I've found a few with links to downloads but they talk about different versions, V7, V8, V26, and so on.
