Can't create Cazic-Thule Erudite

So I can't create any paineel/CT aligned Eruds (not one necromancer, can't cleric, surely not even a shadowknight).

I tried a couple of UIs and the problem persists.

Has anyone else had this 'problem'?

The options simply aren't clickable in the character create screen.

There is only one option for an Erud Necro/SK.

Not on my client. There is zero option.

Can't click sk/nec if I click erud.

If I click erud cleric I can't click CT/Paineel.

OKAY! Problem solved!

My install was missing some of the zone files for Paineel, which is apparently how the client decides whether or not you can make an evil erud nec/sk/clr.

Once I got a copy of these files in my folder I could once again roll Erud Nec, etc.
