Miscellaneous: Antonian Javelins

I can't combine Antonian Javelin's mats in the forge anymore.
I tried the combine in the freeport forge and the regular forge.
I used to be able to do the combine about 3 months ago in a regular forge.
I been on a break from EQ just recently came back.
I did a petition in game and Hobby advised that I post it here on the bug forum.
Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for the time.

Mats are:

1 x Javelin Mold
1 x Medium Quality Sheet Metal
1 x Water Flask

Combine in forge to produce 4x Antonian Javelins.
