Spell file wrong?

I've downloaded the v36 version of the server files linked on a getting started page, and when i launch the game its saying my spell file is out of date on the char select screen.

Any ideas?

I'm new to P99 and am trying to play, but getting this same error.
I went to "http://www.project1999.com/files/P99Files36.zip" and extracted the spell file contents into my Everquest P99 folder (overwrote).
Still getting the same error.

Any help?
