Is Dain still bugged where he isn't doing his day/night cycle routine? Where he will sit at his throne and then retire to his chambers at night?

I seem to recall this being a thing. All the time I spent on beta he was stuck in his chambers and the guards will say something to you if you try to talk to the Dain.
