I keep seeing large groups on Holo idling in the zone when Azrael passes through to "snipe" raid targets.

I'm just trying to understand how pvp engagement works on p99?

What azrael pvp is....jimmies gon be ruthled

picking off stragglers that arent at the raid 25v1 and calling it 25vs100

and if they do engage without training or fighting us on a boss..
They just snipe the low levels..scrub geared people first (instead of bigger targets)so at the end of the day(when they didnt get the mob) they can say they won pvp because more people killed

Also..they get owned and kept out of a zone until we stop having interest and lose numbers then they rush your 4 remaining with 12 and call it owned
