Default Movement speed slow?

Recently boot camped my Macbook Pro and installed windows 7pro. My problem is, besides running on a mac, that my movement speed is super slow. Like its almost like my character isn't running. People in game say it looks like my toon is encumbered or something but none of them are. Any ideas why its like my characters run in slow motion? I can't even outrun mobs with sow on

Any help would be great

Thanks I will give that a try this evening. I thought maybe it was because it was run in a window but it was doing it full screen also.

Have you tried changing the processor affinity to use just one processor?

From task manager right click the Everquest process (eqgame.exe) > click Set Affinity > check off only one processor.

Yea i tried doing it that way, tried using wineq2, now trying duxa all in one installer and seeing if that fixes it.

Weird thing is i used to play on this lap top all the time with no issues. Now all of a sudden its doing this.
