Miscellaneous: Unable to zone into Runnyeye

I've tried from the Gorge side and Misty Thicket on two separate nights but I keep receiving this message:

This zone is not ready to receive visitors yet. Please try again in a few moments.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

edit: I deleted the Runnyeye files and re-installed new ones. Still doesn't let me zone in.

This is also on the red server and it seems like other people were having problems zoning in too.

Means it isn't loaded on the world server, iirc.

do GM's read this part of the forums? Its been down for a week now and I know of people who camped their characters inside and are unable to log in.
