Starter Gear for Enchanter

Hello everyone!

I've started to compile a list of gear to watch out for while in EC. I'm a low level enchanter so I'm hoping to have a set of charisma gear for charming and another set of high int gear for regular grouping. I am having difficulty finding charisma gear for the following slots: Belt, Arms, Shoulder, Cloak. I'd be grateful for any suggestions!
