Zone : Skyshrine
Issue : Lack of loot

Killed Talon Velic tonight in Skyshrine and he dropped nothing. Not sure if he is supposed to be able to drop nothing or if it's a bug. Here is a link to the mob on the Wiki with his massive loot table. http://wiki.project1999.com/Talon_Velic
