zone crashing just for me O.o

Okay so i've noticed i've been getting alot of lag my brother and cousin are fine, well when i catch these lag spikes my MS bar at the top drops to about 96% and then catches back up. but when it catches back up everything is glitched, mobs that are attacking me continue to attack but the do No damage to me, atleast thats what my brother says. for me i cannot see other players only mobs running through the walls and i have to camp out to fix this issue. But now it's happening more and more and making it unbareable to play the game i love, anyone had this happen to them?
