Zone was designed by VI for kunark :P I will do some research though to make sure that is correct

mobs shouldnt be casting kunark spell because kunark doesn't "exist" in a sense. niblog has been changing mobs lately in plane of fear/hate/random npc over 50

Overall I hope everyone is enjoying sky... I worked really hard to make it accurate... a couple of mistakes, but I fixed them already.
