Quest Issue: honeybugger faction quest not working on red

iam threaten to the (green) npc but according to hobbys post in above thread it should work also on kos status

Despite this working at that time, kos npcs now do not process item turn ins.

Does that mean it should and it's on the to do list expect next patch or not gonna happen?

Not gonna happen. kos npcs having trade quests should be written individually, and be the exception to the norm.
