Default Multipule Snowflakes
Everfrost Peaks: Noticed that there were 4 snowflake spawns standing in the same spot last night

I checked this morning and there was only one after the server reset.

My guess is that an extra snowflake is spawning for this quest and not despawning. I guess this because the quest was recently fixed.

From the looks of the quest, the existing snowflake should walk off instead of a new one spawning.
