Velious Cleric Spell - Armor of Protection?

Armor of Protection - This did have a 7 mana per tick regen during velious and luclin right? I think it was later nerfed in PoP. However, I cannot seem to find any info from the patches on Alakhazams. I remember verant had it in bc flowing thought was needed to take down velious bosses and no one had FT when velious first arrived. Anyone can confirm?
