blade storm procs
There are 2 mobs in Sky on isle 1.5 called "a blade storm", they proc a DoT that drains hp, mana and stam. I have not been able to locate the lucy spell data for this effect, but I'm also not an experienced EQ detective. If someone does know where to find it, a link would be appreciated. Thanks.

I searched, but every Sky guide refers to the effect as a "STA sap." Alla's page for the mob has nothing about the effect; it doesn't mention enrage either.
What's the tooltip say when you hover over the DoT icon?
