Spells: Manaskin consuming 2 peridots per cast

Looks like Manaskin is using 2 peridots each cast now, instead of just 1.

I posted about this almost 2 years ago... as a bug... it should not be 2 dots, I like how devs leave in what is convenient and what is not, nerfing some things pre vel and leaving others in I could post examples but I have in the past it does nothing....

minute. To a level 60 wizzie with 3000 mana, the mana regen is not
even noticeable. Having 500-600 extra hp is, though, and cost was
