At what level does 7 Sta = More then 35hp?

So I was wondering if anyone knows, for an SK, at around what level does 7 Stam give more then 35hp? Basically, when is about a good time to replace my Skull Shaped Barbute, with a Hammerhead Helm?

as a 50 sk with 173 stamina i get around 3.5-3.9 hp per stamina point

SKs won't approach 5hp per stamina until 60.
