In Sarasota, the county Sarasota is in. Or at least somewhere in FL. Wherever the Sarasota jurisdiction would have placed u. If you kill someone in Russia you should stay there imo.

If you murder in Idaho and crash in Sarasota that's a bit different. Butt Idaho doesn't get to set the penalty for the Sarasota crash either way.

Federal Trumps state. Why else did you vote to join the Republic?

Aka its no longer states rights once congress ratifies it.

Police can determine impairment. Impairment is subjective and interpreted by the fielding officer.

For example:

Physical signs: Bloodshot eyes or fatigue.

Behavioral cues: Nervousness or anxiety can lead to stumbling or difficulty speaking clearly; it can be an indication of impairment.

---

Are physical signs determine by the misinterpreting officer?

An immigrant nervous or has anxiety around a cop during this time?

Speaking issues since English isn't their native language?

---

...might as well be a means/excuse for a crimson state to gather any immigrant (regardless of status) driving they please.

U don't even need to be on something to be considered driving while impaired in FL law.

This sounds like politics.

I recently looked into something similar and found out that some DUIs stay on your record and can still matter, especially when applying for certain jobs. If it’s about Indiana, I found some clear info here on how first-time DUIs are treated and how relevant they still are after years: https://wrublelaw.com/criminal-defen...se-in-indiana/
