Objectively speaking, when it comes to Monks or Necromancers, Iksar are the master race. They also make great Shadow Knights or Warriors ... but when it comes to Shaman, they clearly the absolute worst race.

Essentially, an Iksar Shaman is just a Troll Shaman who can never use a JBB (or wear any other plate item), can't get the snare necklace, and has lower stats (combined stamina/wisdom of Troll is 184, Iksar is 164). In exchange, they get forage, 100 swim, and a few points of AC.

but but but, every vendor bought shaman spell is available in Cabilis, no running to oasis or middle of a swamp or whatever. hours of travel time saved!
