I just found the new ore/clay merchant in Halas! Her name is Greta O'Reilly, and her /loc is:

70.85, -245.98, 4.38

Evil of them to hide her behind McQuaid's Dark Stout like that don't you think?

I found the new ore, clay, and sketch merchants in Ak'Anon. They are called "a clockwork sketcher" and "a clockwork miner" and are at /loc 756.18, -145.46, -14.12, which is upstairs in King Akanon's palace (turn right in the first room with a choice as to where to go and go up and go in the first door and hang a left)
