Totally valid request! Unfortunately we don't have the ability to schedule these automatically. Enabling/disabling them requires a server admin and an in-game GM to complete two separate, manual steps, sequentially. So... by the time we line all of that up, the times can unfortunately be a bit unpredictable - even to us! :-)
