Should just let the Blue server copy their characters over. There would be a ton of people who would try the server out, saves the "i dont want to start over" qq most P99 players have, and all the top end of red could spend weeks teabagging people in good gear who are clueless to EQPvP.
Win win if you ask me.. well. except Nihi would recruit every one of them, but that's happening anyways so it would seem. Sleeper server restart made me miss Red's a lot, and Red in general
