Wtf? No it hasn't. The
VAST majority of the people that have posted in this thread have agreed that it most certainly is a solo kill, even if some think that adding an additional rank for unbuffed kills would be acceptable as well.
If you think otherwise, why don't you go make a poll in the Blue General or UN Blue discord channels and see what the vast majority of the EQ population thinks? I won't hold my breath.
